Ninefall is made by one person, so replies come from that person and are usually quick. Write to contact@ninefall.app, or open a GitHub issue if you would rather do it in public. Bug reports, level feedback and feature ideas are all welcome.

I am stuck on a level

You cannot be. Every level in the game is machine-verified as solvable in its par before it ships. Tap the hint button for a solver-backed suggestion, and remember that undo is unlimited and free. If the greedy move is not working, look for the small one: a 0 changes a tile's value without adding to it, and past nine your sum rolls over instead of growing.

My streak broke and I did play

The Daily Flip rolls over at midnight UTC, not local midnight, which occasionally catches people out. You also get one automatic streak repair each month. If your streak looks wrong beyond that, please open an issue and say roughly when you played, and I will look into it.

I bought the game and it is asking me to buy it again

Sign in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then reinstall from the App Store. Ninefall is a paid app with no in-app purchases, so there is nothing to restore inside the game itself: the App Store licence is the whole thing. If you bought it through Family Sharing, make sure the organiser still has sharing enabled.

Will my progress move to a new phone?

Yes, if iCloud is on. Progress lives in your own private iCloud storage and follows you between devices. With iCloud off it stays on the one device.

Is there an Android version?

It is built, and it is in closed testing on Google Play right now. Google requires twelve testers signed up for fourteen straight days before a new developer can publish, so the beta is the gate rather than the polish. You can join the Android beta and play the whole thing free while it runs. There is no store date yet, and I would rather say nothing than promise a week and miss it.

Accessibility

Boards are fully navigable with VoiceOver, and every tile announces its value, its kind and whether it is flipped. Reduce Motion is respected throughout, including the cascade. Nothing in the game is communicated by colour alone: values are always shown as numerals.
